Psychotherapy
My commitment is to offer support and guidance so that you can get whatever it is that you want out of therapy. This involves re-evaluating and updating limiting beliefs, behaviors, relationships, and situations that may no longer serve you so that you can make empowered new choices.
Psycho-therapeutic techniques such as; parts work, acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, dreamwork, and cognitive behavior therapies will help you get the most from your sessions and have tools to use outside of the therapy hour. While you may have specific intentions in mind, there will always be room for discovery in this explorative process. That being said, therapy may be a journey, but it should be an intentional journey that is completed by arriving at a better destination.
Psychotherapy sessions are 50 minutes long and are $135. These sessions are conducted through an encrypted virtual portal that ensures privacy. In-person sessions are also available. My services are covered by most insurance plans.
