Psychotherapy Sessions
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Every session is a collaboration and requires engagement— I walk beside you as a guide, not a directive leader or a passive listener.

I draw from evidence-based methods such as parts work, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy — always tailoring the approach to what fits best for you.
Sessions are 50–60 minutes, $135, offered virtually through a secure, encrypted portal or in person.
Before starting, I offer a free consultation so we can get to know each other and make sure we’re a good fit.
Hypnotherapy
When added to therapy, hypnosis can act as a catalyst for deep, lasting change. It helps you access your inner resources in a focused, relaxed state, making it easier to shift patterns and heal. A hypnotherapy session includes the modalities outlined above that are best suited to your issues and personality, with the added benefit of mutually agreed upon suggestions reaching your unconscious mind.
Hypnosis is especially effective for:
Anxiety and stress relief – promoting healthy relaxation, reducing limiting, fearful, or catastrophic thinking, and helping you master social or workplace dynamics
Phobias and fears – gently retraining the mind’s response to triggers
Sleep difficulties – quieting the mind, reducing the fear of insomnia, resetting the body’s rhythm, and improving rest
Gray area drinking and habit change – supporting motivation, addressing ambivalence, and creating healthier coping strategies

Psychotherapy and hypnotherapy sessions can be booked interchangeably, depending your needs. You do not need to be either a psychotherapy or a hypnosis client. Please note that all hypnotherapy sessions contain psychotherapeutic methods, and I do not do hypnosis as a stand-alone practice.
